Description

Update LocProject.json: Keep the Serbian culture file names 'sr-Cyrl-CS.json/sr-Latn-CS.json' instead of 'sr-Cyrl-RS.json/sr-Latn-RS.json'

For Serbian resource files, we have historically delivered them using sr-Cyrl-CS.json and sr-Latn-CS.json.
To maintain consistency, we will continue using these file names rather than switching to sr-Cyrl-RS.json and sr-Latn-RS.json.
